Amoeba: A Model for Culture Change

“Amoeba” is a model, simulation game, and planning tool I created in 1990.  Its purpose is to support “sustainability change agents” in being more effective, by helping them understand the social and cultural dynamics of cultural, community, and organizational transformation.
